Production Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the planning, scheduling, and follow-up of maintenance for production, packaging equipment, and aseptic processes.
• Manage production maintenance systems and personnel to ensure work orders are completed timely and within quality parameters.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct-report employees, including Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintain spare parts inventory, including monitoring levels, initiating requisitions, and budget review.
• Ensure adherence to all production equipment preventative maintenance schedules and company safety policies.
• Assist with quality event investigations, company audits, and facility layout/design for new process areas.
• Coordinate with outside service providers for facility and equipment-related maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of maintenance experience in a regulated industry (e.g., sterile drug products or medical devices).
• Working knowledge of cGMP and/or ISO 9001 equipment requirements.
• Experience utilizing automated PM scheduling, work order, and spare parts software (Maximo preferred).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 pm - 6:30 am).

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with cGMP audit management.
