Production Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to resolve issues with electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment
• Oversee technicians responsible for the repair and maintenance of production and test equipment
• Establish, implement, and audit preventative maintenance programs and procedures
• Manage training programs to ensure proper operation and repair protocols are followed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and manage manufacturing schedules
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient departmental operation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of maintenance experience, OR
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, OR
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Proven experience in electrical or mechanical troubleshooting
• Experience with preventative maintenance programming and personnel management
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Microsoft Project or other project scheduling software
• Knowledge of relevant building and construction codes/standards
• Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting programs
• Strong technical writing and budget management skills
