Production Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment availability and production efficiency.
• Align with planners and operations to manage equipment preparation, including decontamination and timely availability.
• Act as the unit integration leader for Works Management Processes (WMP) across production, maintenance, and capital organizations.
• Monitor and influence maintenance strategies to minimize losses in OEE2 and OEE3.
• Prioritize work activities to ensure efficient distribution of resources and labor.
• Lead weekly planning meetings and communicate task status, requests, and schedules to operations and maintenance teams.
• Validate production windows for maintenance, engineering, and capital activities.
• Review and validate maintenance notifications and work orders for accuracy and priority.
• Monitor work progress, determine the need for overtime or handovers, and control maintenance costs.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Proven ability to influence others effectively to achieve desired results.
• Relevant experience in production and maintenance environments.
• Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and how equipment performance impacts production.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal capabilities.
