Production Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment and machinery to meet established work programs
• Identify and manage basic equipment malfunctions to ensure operational continuity
• Maintain quality, food safety, and appearance standards during production
• Execute quality tests on machinery to verify reliability and corporate alignment
• Perform autonomous maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability
• Execute process changes and sanitation tasks according to the production schedule
• Comply with Integrated Management System (SIG) standards regarding safety, health, and environment
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and company meetings

Requirements

• Technical degree in Industrial Controls, Maintenance Mechanics, or Industrial Mechanics
• 1 year of experience in production (work certificates required)
• Availability to work 8-hour rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night)
