Production Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment and machinery to meet established work programs
• Identify and manage basic equipment malfunctions to ensure operational continuity
• Maintain quality, food safety, and appearance standards during production
• Execute quality tests to verify equipment reliability and alignment with corporate guidelines
• Perform autonomous maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability
• Execute process changes and sanitation tasks according to the production schedule
• Comply with Integrated Management System (SIG) standards to minimize quality, environmental, and safety risks
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and company meetings to drive excellence

Requirements

• Technical degree in Industrial Controls, Maintenance Mechanics, or Industrial Mechanics
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production environment
• Availability to work 8-hour rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) on a weekly basis
