Production Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production logistics for live shows, parades, and character encounters within the Spectacle division
• Organize and plan the occupation of functional spaces, including storage areas, rehearsal studios, and costume distribution sites
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and labor legislation through regular regulatory monitoring
• Develop and maintain tools for asset traceability, including stock movements and reservation management
• Welcome and support on-site suppliers while ensuring adherence to prevention plans
• Assist the warehouse manager with storage management, material handling, and set transportation
• Support the logistics manager in coordinating activities and needs across different spectacle productions
• Perform manual handling operations and use light equipment or machinery for receiving and preparing materials

Requirements

• BAC or BAC PRO level education
• First professional experience in the field of logistics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) held for at least 2 years
