Production Load/Unload

Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal hitches onto a conveyor line for painting
• Follow all process and work instructions to ensure quality standards
• Maintain production rates and perform tasks within the assigned work area
• Use the Help Chain to report equipment problems, scrap, or quality issues
• Adhere to IATF16949, ISO 14001, and 5S housekeeping standards
• Report all safety issues immediately to supervisors or management
• Maintain compliance with company policies, work rules, and safety standards

Requirements

• Ability to work in a high-paced production environment
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing 1 to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand for 90% of the shift
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environments
• Must be able to pass LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) training
• Must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
