About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the soft drink production line to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.
- Manage and lead production teams of 25+ personnel, handling conflict resolution and payroll incidents.
- Oversee production safety, inventory management, and adherence to ISO standards.
- Monitor technical processes including syrup preparation, water purification, and maintenance programs.
- Support audit follow-ups and ensure compliance with food and beverage industry regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical, Food, or Industrial Engineering (Title and License required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or quality control within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven experience managing large teams (25+ people).
- Knowledge of ISO standards, production programs, and maintenance protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic English proficiency.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
