Production Line Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute production processes including loading, unloading, packaging, and boxing according to work instructions.
• Adhere strictly to company safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and quality management systems.
• Monitor production equipment data and instruments, identifying and reporting abnormalities to supervisors.
• Perform quality inspections on products according to technical standards and maintain accurate tracking records.
• Set up and operate onsite equipment such as inkjet printers and labeling machines based on product specifications.
• Complete all required production forms and documentation accurately before, during, and after shifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and perform routine autonomous maintenance on machinery.
• Handle the movement of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products within the production area.
• Ensure effective handovers during shift changes to maintain continuous production flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or above.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical product standards and specifications.
• Basic English reading skills, including the ability to understand simple words and symbols.
• Computer literacy and the ability to operate production-related software and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering.
