About the role
Responsibilities
- Inspect machines at the start of shifts and notify supervisors of anomalies
- Perform machine adjustments and monitor proper operation
- Ensure constant material flow on the production line
- Configure control panel interfaces and parameters
- Maintain product quality standards
- Perform equipment maintenance and housekeeping
- Create work orders in the CMMS
- Write performance indicator reports
- Comply with OHS policies and company safety procedures
Requirements
- GED
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a production operator
- At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Strong focus on health and safety
- Organized with good prioritization skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift competency cards
