Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on production machines and equipment
• Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair, and rebuild plant and facility equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks including cleaning and basic electrical repairs like changing fuses and switches
• Ensure product quality, safety, and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Examine manufactured products to identify faults or defects
• Maintain accurate documentation for repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance logs
• Assist production personnel with machine change-overs and set-ups
• Utilize skilled trades knowledge including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pipefitting, and carpentry

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) to modify reports and spreadsheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or license in mechanical maintenance or a related field
• Electrical or mechanical engineering trade school certification
