Production Line Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan daily operations in close collaboration with team leaders
• Develop and implement strategies for team competency development
• Monitor production line performance to ensure goals for safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency are met
• Coach and motivate employees to foster a positive and engaging work environment
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and manage the work environment
• Manage budgets and perform financial follow-ups
• Recruit, onboard, and coach new employees for long-term professional growth
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and build strong internal relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership position
• Valid Driver's license (Category B)
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with production processes and Lean principles
• Leadership experience within the manufacturing industry
• Experience in project management
