About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up production lines and perform start-up and health and safety checks
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve production targets
- Control and move beverage stock, including heavy lifting and palletising
- Train and guide colleagues to build team capability
- Monitor KPIs such as output, downtime, and waste to improve efficiency
- Ensure products meet client specifications and quality standards
- Maintain accurate paperwork and comply with hygiene and GMP standards
- Work with agency controllers for effective workforce planning
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- Solid understanding of production machinery and manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail regarding stock accuracy and paperwork
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
