Production Line Leader

Responsibilities

• Set up production lines and perform start-up and health and safety checks
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve production targets
• Control and move beverage stock, including heavy lifting and palletising
• Train and guide colleagues to build team capability
• Monitor KPIs such as output, downtime, and waste to improve efficiency
• Ensure products meet client specifications and quality standards
• Maintain accurate paperwork and comply with hygiene and GMP standards
• Work with agency controllers for effective workforce planning

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
• Solid understanding of production machinery and manufacturing processes
• Strong attention to detail regarding stock accuracy and paperwork
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
