Production Line Leader

Responsibilities

• Set up production lines and perform start-up and health and safety checks
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve production targets
• Train and guide colleagues to build team capability
• Ensure finished products meet client specifications and quality standards
• Monitor KPIs including output, downtime, and waste
• Drive hourly and daily productivity to deliver production plans
• Champion health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate paperwork and systems in line with company procedures
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with hygiene standards
• Promote excellent housekeeping and GMP standards
• Work with agency controllers for effective workforce planning

Requirements

• Previous experience in fast-paced production or manufacturing (FMCG or food preferred)
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach
• Understanding of production machinery and manufacturing processes
• Strong attention to detail regarding paperwork and stock accuracy
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
