Production Line Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities related to production, quality, and safety of food products
• Maintain work areas in a neat, safe, and orderly fashion using Lean Manufacturing techniques
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and OSHA guidelines
• Manage equipment set-up, change overs, and shut down duties for packaging machinery
• Train, coach, and motivate team members while communicating company values
• Create daily reports regarding staffing, production numbers, and scrapped material
• Develop and communicate visual KPIs regarding productivity, quality, and safety
• Monitor case attainment and react to schedule changes or flavor/pack type change overs

Requirements

• Experience in food production or manufacturing environments
• Ability to work 3rd shift (9:30pm-6am) Monday through Friday
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and GMP standards
• Ability to handle physical tasks including loading and removing materials using hand tools
• Strong communication skills for reporting and team coordination
