Production Line Lead

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce safety standards
• Lead, coach, and support team members on the production floor
• Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient line operations
• Coordinate shift changes, staffing, and workflow
• Troubleshoot issues and help resolve production challenges
• Ensure compliance with food safety and manufacturing standards
• Complete production documentation and communicate updates to leadership
• Support training and development of team members
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and move throughout shift for 8+ hours
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
• Basic math skills and flexibility for weekend work
