Production Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop efficient, robust, and stable end-to-end logistics flows
• Drive organizational change related to new product generations
• Strengthen workplace culture, environment, and safety standards
• Coach and develop a team of approximately 42 employees toward common goals
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN principles
• Collaborate closely with production, technical, and other functional departments

Requirements

• University degree in logistics or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Proven experience within logistics, production, or similar industrial operations
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
• Strong computer literacy and system proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-change environment
• Strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles
