Production Leader

Responsibilities

• Ensure the equipment recovery plan is met by monitoring recovery activities and production plans provided by PCP
• Provide necessary resources to workstations through periodic needs assessments
• Ensure area goals and results are achieved by controlling performance indicators
• Guarantee operational deliveries by monitoring activities to ensure high-quality standards
• Manage operational staff and monitor performance parameters including productivity, quality, punctuality, teamwork, and behavior

Requirements

• Ongoing higher education (degree in progress)
• Experience in production lines, preferably with SMT and PTH processes
• Knowledge of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Diagrams, Control Charts, and the 5 Whys
• Knowledge of electronic manufacturing production processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills
