Production Leader Material Handling

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a department of approximately 40 professionals in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Foster a culture of creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration within the team.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics principles and flows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to build on existing successes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of and experience with Lean methodology.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
