Production Lead Tire Mold Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 100 employees, including leaders and production staff
• Set production and programming plans in alignment with organizational strategy
• Manage data preparation and production to ensure lean process flow and resource optimization
• Optimize production procedures and technology in cooperation with industrial engineering and quality departments
• Implement continuous improvement processes and monitor financial, quality, and production plans
• Oversee maintenance strategies (TPM) to reduce machine breakdowns and manage building maintenance
• Lead warehouse, logistics, and order processing functions
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards

Requirements

• Knowledge of design and manufacturing technologies specifically for tire mold production
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering, technical mechanics, and materials science
• Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience with Lean methodologies and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Knowledge of Logistics and BDE-Systems
• Fluency in both English and Czech (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and leadership techniques
