Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production teams to meet daily goals for safety, quality, and delivery
• Train and mentor team members on work instructions and quality standards
• Inspect parts to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment using 5S principles
• Assist with scheduling breaks, implementing rotation plans, and tracking production metrics

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in JIT/JIS environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and manage a dynamic team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Post-secondary education
