Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings to the team
• Delegate personnel to ensure on-time completion of tasks and orders
• Enforce quality control measures and conduct regular inspections
• Identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows
• Coordinate with inventory control to prevent stock shortages
• Maintain safety standards and resolve issues across warehouse teams

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfort working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in a food-based environment
