Production Lead - Jewelry

Responsibilities

• Follow and track job orders with jewelers to ensure production lead times are met
• Provide technical guidance on surface preparation, assembly techniques, and tool conditioning
• Bridge communication between Assigning, QA, and production teams
• Document job status, root causes, and escalate critical concerns
• Lead and mentor jewelers, including onboarding and identifying skills gaps
• Define cast cleaning, assembly specifications, and inspection criteria
• Monitor quality metrics and use data to communicate progress to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a production jeweler on the jewelry bench
• Deep knowledge of jewelry cast cleaning, assembly (soldering/laser welding), and repair
• 1+ year of leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, and Slack
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
