Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Address production issues to ensure machine efficiencies and production levels are achieved
• Perform quality checks and assist in the preventive maintenance of equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory by reporting material usage, minimizing waste, and ensuring device calibration
• Complete all necessary paperwork and data entry to support job tasks
• Follow all plant policies to meet safety, quality, service, and cost objectives
• Lead safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and company health and safety expectations
• Maintain good housekeeping across all work areas

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing and operations environment
• Previous experience as a team lead
• Experience performing quality control inspections on finished manufactured products
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
