Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and QC schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Lead team in optimizing production workflows and upgrading processes
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and QC teams for material readiness
• Manage production capacity planning and resource allocation
• Identify and resolve root causes of production issues to improve stability
• Provide operational leadership, training, and coaching to the production team
• Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting of production progress
• Support tech transfer and process optimization for new product launches

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries
• 1+ years of managerial experience in biotechnology production
• Strong collaborative skills with interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent time management and communication skills
