Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assembly teams to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality production
• Monitor end-to-end assembly activities and ensure production schedules are achieved
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and oversee quality control inspections
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with Production Planning, QA, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth operations
• Manage inventory and coordinate with procurement to prevent production delays
• Prepare production and performance reports and implement corrective action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field
• Experience within the aerospace or UAV industry
• Extensive experience in the assembly and integration of mechanical and electronic components
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• In-depth knowledge of assembly processes, avionics integration, and quality control procedures
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques
