Production Laborer

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stage paper, envelopes, inserts, trays, and finished mail
• Operate pallet jacks and roll carts in a fast-paced production environment
• Read and interpret work tickets and production schedules to ensure accuracy
• Supply machines with correct materials and required stock items continuously
• Transport finished pallets to designated areas and manage recycling/trash removal
• Return unused production materials to assigned locations
• Move mail trays and pallets between production, QA, and shipping departments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer experience
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Demonstrated history of reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting
• Bilingual in Spanish
