Production Lab Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory production operations by preparing, handling, and staging large batches of liquid and dry chemical formulations
• Transport and store palletized raw materials and chemical supplies using warehouse pallet jacks
• Measure, mix, and blend chemical compounds following approved formulations and work instructions
• Label all containers, vessels, and batches accurately with required identification and hazard information
• Operate and clean mixing, blending, and material-handling equipment in accordance with SOPs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production lab environment while following all safety protocols and PPE usage
• Document batch preparation activities, material usage, and quality checks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic math skills for accurate measuring and mixing of materials
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull chemical containers and raw materials weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to follow written instructions, formulations, and standard operating procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, laboratory, or chemical-handling environment
