Production Lab Administrator

Responsibilities

• Procure supplies, materials, and equipment for prototyping lab operations
• Maintain accurate records for monthly purchase reconciliations
• Manage and maintain up-to-date inventory records for lab supplies and equipment
• Create and process shipping labels for outbound packages and deliveries
• Coordinate with vendors and track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient lab workspace and storage areas
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming shipments
• Follow all lab safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in an administrative, inventory, or lab support role
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, and web-based ordering systems
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management or purchasing
• Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS
• Interest or background in electronics, manufacturing, or hands-on technical work
• Experience working in a lab or technical environment
