Production & Instrumentation Technician Electrical-Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Operate cryogenic plant equipment safely to optimize continuous production
• Troubleshoot and maintain instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Analyze process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, including lock-out tag-out and permit-to-work
• Oversee contractors to guarantee safety compliance and quality execution during routine and non-routine work
• Utilize computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Experience operating production processes or systems in an industrial environment
• Proficiency in mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation
• Knowledge of controls and human machine interface (HMI) platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, or Siemens
• Ability to read and revise engineering drawings, including P&IDs and schematic wiring diagrams
• Experience safely operating forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms
• Strong technical communication skills to support effective teamwork
