Production Helper

Responsibilities

• Support the assembly team with basic daily tasks including material organization and part preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and lean production process
• Assist mechanical and electrical assemblers as needed to meet production schedules and goals
• Implement quality assembly practices to ensure high product yield
• Comply with AS9100 standards and all established safety rules
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify and resolve issues

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of AS9100 compliance standards
• Strong ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A reliable attitude and a willingness to learn new processes
