Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the SMT and board testing team in daily operations
- Ensure quality, delivery precision, and stable production flow
- Drive continuous improvement work and develop processes and workflows
- Manage daily steering, follow-up, and prioritization
- Create engagement and participation within the team
- Contribute to a safe and well-functioning work environment
Requirements
- Experience from the manufacturing industry
- Previous leadership experience (manager, team leader, project leader, etc.)
- Structured approach with understanding of flows and processes
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Interest in work environment and team development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electronics production or board testing
- Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems, such as Monitor
