Production Green Room Server

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to artist needs in the green room
• Deliver food and beverages to artists, ensuring orders are correct and meet special requests
• Set up dressing rooms with agreed riders and in-house items upon band arrival
• Maintain cleanliness by removing dirty plates and glasses and cleaning spills
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to House of Blues policy
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the work area
• Provide production coordinators with necessary documentation for catering costs

Requirements

• 2-5 years of high-volume experience in hospitality
• Strong guest relations and communication skills
• Knowledge of wine and liquor
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
