Production Generalist

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work practices, including wearing required PPE and using proper lifting techniques
• Ensure high quality output through visual inspections, measurements, and obtaining quality dimensions
• Perform manual application of insulated tape to products, meeting specific layer and tension requirements
• Operate machinery and move products between different workstations
• Pack completed products for shipment, including accurate labeling and documentation
• Use manufacturing information systems to track production progress and inventory levels

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
• Manual dexterity for lifting, pulling, pushing, and bending
• Physical ability to lift 30lbs+
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Day/Afternoon) and overtime as required
