Production Floater

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-trained support across multiple production areas to cover absences and balance workloads
• Remove finished goods from production lines and stack them securely on pallets
• Ensure accurate labeling, counts, and organization of pallets for storage or shipment
• Manage depallitizer equipment and operate a forklift to transport materials and finished goods
• Assist with stocking materials such as cardboard, packaging supplies, and ingredients
• Monitor and maintain production quality standards in coordination with the Quality Control team
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to uphold sanitation standards
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to learn multiple production tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to following safety protocols and company policies

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production
• Forklift experience and/or certification
