Production Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line personnel to identify and solve process issues to meet production standards.
• Manage compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety.
• Monitor production needs and critical line reports through operational excellence principles.
• Track and improve productivity indicators (EGE) to meet management objectives.
• Execute continuous improvement projects to increase manufacturing efficiency.
• Administer unionized personnel, including managing overtime, attendance, and schedules.
• Develop human resources through continuous training and coaching.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in production facilitation or production supervision roles.
• Proven experience in team leadership and personnel management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production lines, and payroll administration.
• Basic knowledge of blow molding and packaging lines.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies.
• Basic English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP.
