Production Excellence Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal communications among departments, aligning teams with leadership goals
• Track and follow up on cross-department tasks, ensuring smooth information flow
• Coordinate production improvement and continuous improvement projects
• Monitor KPIs and support production data analysis
• Track project actions and follow up on implementation progress
• Organize meetings, prepare reports, and support daily operational activities
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent Chinese (Mandarin), German, and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
