Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain production area equipment including mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic devices
• Execute routine and non-routine maintenance activities and record progress in ERP documents
• Perform planned maintenance activities following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Communicate spare part needs and technical issues effectively in English and Arabic
• Fabricate parts and components in-house using site machinery
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, GMP, and EHS standards
• Maintain engineering tools in a clean status suitable for a GMP environment
• Participate in machine modifications and upgrades

Requirements

• Associates degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical technology
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging
• Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic devices including gears, bearings, and conveyors
• Competency in mechanical fabrication using lathe machines, grinders, and polishers
• Ability to work in shifts
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for maintenance reporting in English
• Knowledge of GMP and EHS standards
• Fluency in Arabic and English
