Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare work instructions in accordance with technical manuals
• Participate in the startup and optimization of production machinery
• Organize worker training for specific machines and processes
• Monitor and analyze production results to propose optimizations for raw materials, products, and processes
• Implement changes to existing or new raw materials, products, and processes in coordination with Quality and Ecology departments
• Plan and prepare work activities during weekly technical downtimes in collaboration with other departments
• Collect and analyze shift-specific problems and propose solutions alongside shift leaders
• Prepare proposals for the improvement of work tools and equipment
• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant departments and the group
• Coordinate with the logistics department regarding changes affecting raw material delivery frequency and quantity

Requirements

• VŠS/VSS technical degree
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate initiative and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the manufacturing sector
