Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for operators within assigned work centers in aseptic production
• Lead and realize continuous improvement projects to optimize production activities
• Play an active role within the PCT (Process Control Team) operations within the Focus department
• Contribute to larger departmental projects that impact multiple work centers

Requirements

• Master's degree in a scientific field or equivalent professional experience
• High degree of autonomy and ability to work independently
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pivot quickly
• Passion for continuous improvement and organizational sensitivity
• Correct and open communication style
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive results through enthusiasm
