About the Company
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. We are singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else by acquiring power, designing and building data centers, and operating them with integrated hardware and software teams.
Responsibilities
- Own network fleet health end-to-end, including real-time monitoring requirements and alerting lifecycles.
- Build active debugging tooling such as link diagnostics, remote command execution, and repair visualization.
- Automate the network repair pipeline from detection through parts management and return to service.
- Develop frameworks for network qualification and validation to gate new sites and hardware into production.
- Ensure end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operation of the network through aggressive automation and incident discipline.
Requirements
- Experience developing automation tools in Go and Python.
- Proficiency in link diagnostics and optical networks.
- Understanding of network monitoring protocols including gNMI, gRPC, NETCONF, and SONiC.
- Experience shipping production network tooling or automation used by other teams.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and agentic frameworks.
- Ability to manage incidents and perform systemic postmortem analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RMA and repair lifecycle automation.
- Knowledge of large-scale datacenter fabric including BGP, ECMP, and spine-leaf architectures.
- Experience with out-of-band network management.
