Responsibilities
- Process client requests via email, telephone, and instant messaging
- Ensure the uptime of platforms
- Develop tools for platform operations when necessary
- Participate in internal projects for the creation of shared services
Requirements
- Experience in system and network administration
- Experience with Linux OS
- Experience with Juniper or Cisco network equipment
