Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tests on changes before production deployment
• Contribute to test strategies and prepare test infrastructures
• Analyze results and diagnose malfunctions
• Write detailed reports to support GO/NOGO decisions
• Maintain and update reusable test assets
• Automate and industrialize tests via PIC
• Support Dev and Ops teams by sharing best practices
• Validate non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, and exploitability

Requirements

• Knowledge of performance/TNR testing tools using HTTP protocol (e.g., Neoload, JMeter, Postman)
• Strong knowledge of Container and OpenShift stacks
• Operational knowledge of technical testing processes (installation, robustness, deployment)
• Ability to implement structured diagnostic methods
• Proficiency with analysis tools like Kibana and Grafana

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Redhat, Openshift, and Docker/Containers
• Familiarity with Java, SpringBoot, and API REST
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or App Dynamics
