Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, automation, and industrialization of CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate new applications into the information system (scoping, installation, configuration, production deployment)
• Implement and maintain deployment tools (XLD/XLR) and scheduling tools (VTOM, Control-M)
• Ensure daily availability of applications and infrastructures (Windows, Linux, OpenShift)
• Handle level 2/3 production incidents (diagnosis, resolution, coordination)
• Monitor performance, capacity, and stability using Zabbix
• Implement reliability, optimization, and automation actions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in application production or MCO
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux
• Experience with scheduling tools such as VTOM or Control-M
• Experience with CI/CD tools like XLDeploy, XLRelease, or Jenkins
• Knowledge of containers (OpenShift or Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of monitoring (alerts, thresholds, metrics)

• DevOps culture
• Ability to communicate and simplify technical concepts
• Proactivity and autonomy in managing BUILD vs RUN priorities
