Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement VTOM application production plans
• Ensure daily operational monitoring of responsible applications
• Resolve application and technical incidents
• Lead technical crisis cells during production-impacting incidents
• Perform technical testing on user terminals and distributed servers
• Conduct performance tests using Loadrunner or Neoload
• Manage evolutions of IT system technical components
• Contribute to the implementation of DevOps practices
• Support the maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of Workflow, Acquisition, and GED platforms

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with VTOM or similar scheduling/production tools
• Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, distributed servers, and networks
• Experience with technical and performance testing (Loadrunner/Neoload)
• Understanding of Workflow, GED, and Acquisition environments
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation)
• Ability to manage critical situations and coordinate with technical teams
