Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Comply with SHEQ requirements and implement LSR principles to achieve zero harm
• Ensure timely execution of the master production plan and on-time product delivery
• Manage MOC (Management of Change) for production line modifications and maintain SOPs
• Inspect and maintain production lines and equipment to ensure stable operations
• Guide and train site employees to enhance technical skills
• Respond to daily production line abnormalities and formulate response plans
• Collaborate with Process Department on scale-up trial production of new formulations
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and mitigate production risks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including SHEQ, production efficiency, and 5S
• Collect and analyze production data such as OEE to identify performance gaps
• Participate in Yellow Belt and Green Belt continuous improvement projects
• Implement Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx) and Process Safety initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related majors
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in chemical manufacturing
• Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) preferred
• Prior experience in project and engineering management preferred
• Strong organizational, planning, and cross-functional communication skills
• Proficient in Office 365, MES, and related software
