Responsibilities

• Lead technical response to production incidents by driving investigations and coordinating resolution
• Investigate root causes to turn operational learnings into lasting reliability improvements
• Build automation, internal tooling, and operational workflows to improve engineering productivity and deployment safety
• Partner with product engineers to improve reliability, scalability, and performance of new features
• Help shape engineering best practices around reliability, testing, deployments, and observability

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Production Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer
• Experience operating production systems at scale
• Proficiency in debugging complex problems across application code, Kubernetes, networking, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, Linux, cloud platforms, and modern observability tooling
• Ability to write software in Go, Python, Rust, Java, or TypeScript
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead technical incident response

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems challenges
• Motivation to understand systems end-to-end
