Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily production plans aligned with customer orders
• Monitor production workflows to enhance efficiency and output
• Collaborate with sales and logistics to forecast demand and plan schedules
• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime
• Oversee maintenance of production machinery and equipment
• Prepare reports on production performance and quality metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Material, Chemical, or related field)
• 0-2 years of experience
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
