Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in designing, planning, and coordinating production-related projects.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, cost, and equipment performance.
• Assist in identifying and resolving production issues related to equipment, technology, and workflow.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production departments to implement process changes.
• Research and communicate with suppliers regarding equipment and material specifications.
• Evaluate new or existing products and equipment to ensure they meet technical and quality standards.
• Read, interpret, and create technical drawings and schematics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, etc.) and ERP systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week plus required overtime.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally as needed.
