Production Engineer Associate

Responsibilities

• Modify equipment or processes to maximize production efficiency
• Develop and draft new inspection processes for assembly lines
• Prepare layouts for new processes and select appropriate machinery, tools, and equipment
• Review and plan projects from initial concept through installation and stabilization
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot technical problems
• Educate employees on proper methods for machinery operation
• Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary materials and equipment
• Adhere to all state, federal, and company-enforced safety rules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of systems, robotics, tools, and equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Experience using CAD software
• Knowledge of computer or machine learning techniques to build models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients
